Please note, we are unfortunately unable to accept walk-ins at the distillery, as we are often busy making gin. If you’d like to visit us, you can book a public Distillery tour here.

Our Customer Service Swans endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays), though in periods of high enquiries, response time will be slightly slower.
Directions & Rules
- Our Distillery is located in a leafy, residential street in Chiswick, West London. Accessible by the District Line (our closest tube station is Turnham Green), just a few stops from Heathrow Airport.
- Smoking is not permitted within 300 yards of the distillery.
- Please note there is no parking available at the Distillery so please leave vehicles at home.
- If you have any access requirements please do give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to help.
