FRENCH 75
Effervescent French fizz is put to excellent use in this classic sparkling gin cocktail, promising add a little sparkle to your evening.
- 1 3/4 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- Champagne or prosecco, to top
- Fresh lemon twist, to garnish
Combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well to combine. Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe and top with chilled Champagne or prosecco.
LONDON DRY GIN SPRITZ
For those looking to craft a sensationally simple sparkling gin cocktail, this serve proves that delicious doesn’t need to be overcomplicated. In fact, the only decision it demands you make is whether you want to enjoy it with Champagne or prosecco.
- 2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 part simple syrup
- 4 parts Champagne or prosecco
- Apple slices (to garnish)
Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled wine glass. Top up with chilled prosecco and gently stir to combine. Garnish with fanned apple slices.
SLOE ROYALE
Our eminently British take on the French champagne cocktail Kir Royale achieves its blushing pink hue with the use of our award-winning Sloe Gin. Add a dose of berry sweetness to your sparkling cocktail by pouring half a measure of Sipsmith Sloe Gin into a chilled flute and topping with Champagne or prosecco.
LEMON DRIZZLE SPRITZ
A delectable blend of lemon and elderflower, this sensational Lemon Drizzle Spritz is perfect for summertime celebrations.
- 2 parts Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
- 1 part elderflower cordial
- 2/3 part lemon juice
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 3 parts prosecco
- 1 part chilled soda water
- lemon wheel and mint sprig (to garnish)
Add the gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and mint leaves to an ice-filled wine glass and stir. Top with prosecco and soda water. Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer or bar spoon to gently combine the ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint. Best sipped al fresco on a warm evening
HOP COLLINS
For those looking to craft something a little different, this beer-based creation is for you. Craft this hoppy serve by combining 2 1/2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 1/2 part sugar syrup and 1 part fresh lemon juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled glass and then top up with chilled beer – an expertly crafted lager or pale ale will work wonderfully. Then garnish with a lemon twist or dried hop and enjoy! This delightfully refreshing serve was designed for a warm BBQ party in mind.
