Cranberry & Clementine Gin Liqueur

Our light and fruity Cranberry & Clementine Gin Liqueur captures this delightfully festive flavour duo in a hand crafted liqueur

A bowl of leafy clementines is an absolute must over the festive season, as is one tucked into the end of your stocking, of course, and we all know that Christmas lunch isn’t complete without a generous helping of homemade cranberry sauce. In light of this, we have created a fresh and warming gin which puts these zingy Christmas essentials front and centre: our new Cranberry & Clementine Gin Liqueur. Our distillers added cranberries, orange peel, red grapes and pink peppercorns to the pot and distilled. The result is a sweet and smooth citrus blend, bursting with bright red fruit and tempered with festive spice – the perfect post dinner digestif for the uncompromisingly festive host. The Nose: Just-peeled clementines, bright red fruit and warm spice.

The Palate: Fresh citrus and forest fruits with a light cranberry tang.

The Finish: Cranberry hit builds, finishing with a light nuttiness.

Christmas Cosmo
50ml Cranberry & Clementine Gin Liqueur
20ml lime juice
10ml runny honey
1 egg white (optional)
Cranberries

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupette and garnish with a cranberry or two.

Mulled Cranberry & Clementine
50ml Cranberry & Clementine Gin Liqueur
150ml red wine
20ml orange juice
10ml sugar syrup
Christmas spices such as clove & cinnamon

Add all ingredients into a pan and warm through. Pour into a heat proof glass or mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
