More Product Information
We found a change of scenery served up some fresh, fragrant inspiration when the team departed our Chiswick distillery and immersed themselves in the Cotswolds countryside.
With everyone choosing a botanical to champion for this gin, Distillers Garden is a bouquet of British berries, herbs and hops. Featuring sweet cicely, blackcurrant leaves, sloe berries and aromatic Fuggle hops, almost all the ingredients – including traditional gin botanicals like angelica, orris and coriander – hail from Jared’s garden.
Having spent the afternoon tending to your garden, flex your bartending skills and shake up some green-fingered inspiration with two specially created cocktails – both sensational sips offer a burst of floral refreshment, whether you’re entertaining friends and family alfresco, planning a picnic in the park or spending an afternoon dozing in a deckchair. But first, plant the seeds of inspiration by pouring 50ml Distillers Garden into a highball glass over ice and topping with Indian tonic water before garnishing with a lemon twist.

20ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml Distillers Garden
Add the herbs to a shaker and muddle them with the lemon juice and sugar syrup, then add the gin and some ice before shaking everything together. Fine strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a small bunch of herbs – we suggest using basil, thyme, parsley, dill or rosemary.
Rose Tinted Glass
45ml Distillers Garden
15ml Cointreau
15ml lime juice
5ml grenadine
dash of sugar syrup
dash of rosewater
egg white (or foaming bitters)
freeze-dried raspberries, to garnish
lime wedge and sugar, to serve
Prepare your coupe by running a lime wedge around the rim and rolling in sugar. Then combine and shake all the ingredients without ice, before adding ice and shaking again to build more foam. Fine-strain the liquid into your sugar-rimmed coupe. Crush the freeze-dried raspberries and sprinkle the dust over the foam.
