Try this delicious Lemon Drizzle Spritz recipe to give you the real taste of the summer!
- 50ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
- 25ml elderflower cordial
- 15ml lemon juice
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 75ml prosecco
- 25ml chilled soda water
- lemon wheel and mint sprig (to garnish)
For this summertime tipple, add the gin, elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice and mint to a large wine glass filled with ice and stir. Top with prosecco and soda. Garnish with a freshly sliced lemon wheel and sprig of mint.
