Introducing Sipsmith’s Raffles 1915 Gin, a historic gem now available for the first time on our website. Crafted in collaboration with the iconic Raffles Hotel chain, our gin commemorates one of the world’s great cocktails: the Singapore Sling. A mix of gin, cherry brandy, bitters and fresh pineapple juice (although it changes from recipe to recipe), the cocktail was created by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore in order, so they say, for ladies to drink in public.
This gin encapsulates the rich flavors of Singapore, where every sip is a journey through time and taste. Each botanical is carefully selected to evoke the essence of this tropical paradise. What’s more, our founder Sam Galsworthy is a direct descendant of Stamford Raffles, adding a personal touch to this exceptional creation.
