Sriracha and Mint Gin Liqueur

This gin liqueur might appear mild-mannered, but, like the best summer days, it mingles sweetness, heat, and refreshment.

Serve it with ginger ale over ice at your next back-garden barbecue, or employ it in a spiced margarita to emphasise its zip.

More Product Information

Both sweet and spicy, savoury and minty, this complex gin liqueur is the perfect distillation of a summer day.

Seeking a gin that you can enjoy at your next BBQ? Our beguiling Sriracha and Mint Gin Liqueur has enough heat and peppery spice to pair with your jerk chicken, pulled pork, or charcoal-grilled vegetable skewers. To make it, our distillers used generous quantities of savoury Sriracha, our favourite hot sauce of the season. We also teamed up with our neighbours, Chiswick Chillies, who supplied us with their freshly grown chilli peppers. Up front, it’s all chilli sizzle. But, to balance out the kick, it also features generous quantities of fresh mint; after the spice comes a refreshing breeze of cooling menthol. Both sweet and spicy, savoury and minty, this complex gin liqueur is the perfect distillation of a summer day. Serve it with ginger ale over ice at your next back-garden barbecue, or employ it in a spiced margarita to emphasise its zip.

The Nose: Tingling chilli and savoury spices jump to the fore, followed by a note of fermented honey
The Palate: Sweetness and chilli notes simmer across the palate before a cooling wave of mint washes them away
The Finish: Refreshing mint and generous sweetness linger on the tongue, while chilli heat warms the chest

  1. The thing of horrors!! If only I could have had 2 bottles of the (Not) Pink Gin and saved myself from the trauma

  2. Not a fan of this one I’m afraid. First sip (neat) was “hmm”, second was “???”, third was “what am I drinking?!” . I tried it in a tonic as I didn’t have the recommended ginger ale and that just made things worse. Difficult to pinpoint the issue. It’s a bit like rating a cough medicine. ?
