Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part lime juice (juice of one small lime)

1 part simple syrup

Slice of fresh lime, to garnish

Method

Combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker

Shake well
-
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a slice of fresh lime
