- 1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- Fever-Tree® Tonic
- Add the ice cream scoop to a highball glass
- Pour the London Dry gin over the ice cream
- Top (very slowly) with tonic. Top Tips: make sure the tonic is very chilled - and beware, there's quite the fizz!
