lemon drizzle spritz

A delectable blend of lemon and elderflower, this sensational Lemon Drizzle Spritz is summer in a glass.

  • 2 parts Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
  • 1 part elderflower cordial
  • 1/2 part lemon juice
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 3 parts prosecco
  • 1 part chilled soda water
  • lemon wheel and mint sprig (to garnish)

Add the gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and mint leaves to an ice-filled wine glass and stir. Top with prosecco and soda water. Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer or bar spoon to gently combine the ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint. Best sipped al fresco on a warm evening.


Sloe Gin, with its bountiful berry aromatics, deserves a place in your summer cocktail roster. This ginny twist on the Mojito puts it to refreshingly good use.

  • 2 1/2 parts Sipsmith Sloe Gin
  • 1 part apple juice
  • 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Crushed ice
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Mint sprig, to garnish

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Churn with a long spoon to mix the mint leaves through. Garnish with a sprig of mint.


Our uncompromisingly hand crafted London Dry Gin is the base of this summery Spritz cocktail, along with saline fino sherry, bright lemon juice, and a good glug of Prosecco.

  • 2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 1/2 part fino sherry
  • 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 2 parts chilled soda water
  • 2 parts prosecco
  • Fresh rhubarb and pomegranate seeds, to garnish
London Calling

Add the first four ingredients to an ice-filled wine glass. Top up with soda water and prosecco. Garnish with the rhubarb and pomegranate seeds.


There’s nothing like gin and prosecco to make even the most relaxed summertime picnics feel like an occasion—and our delectable Lemon Drizzle Gin adds to the summery feel.

  • 1 part Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
  • 1 part pink grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Fresh grapefruit wheel, to garnish

Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, and shake well. Strain into a chilled wine glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wheel.


Perfect for the moment when stone fruits have just come into season, this fragrant peach of a serve is tart, fresh, and delicately sweet.

  • 2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 1 part peach liqueur
  • 1 1/4 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1 egg white or vegan alternative
  • Fresh orange twist, to garnish
Peach and grapefruit sour

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice (dry shake). Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with an orange twist.


Think of this cocktail as a citrus-forward, quenching twist on the classic Bramble. A vibrant drizzle of Sloe Gin makes the perfect finishing touch.

Add the first three ingredients to a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Drizzle the Sloe Gin over the top so it trickles through the ice. Garnish with a lemon twist, mint sprig, and a blackberry.


Now here is a gin spritz cocktail to reach for on the balmiest summer days. Pineapple and passionfruit make this serve taste like a holiday in the tropics.

  • 1 1/2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Wedge of pineapple (to garnish)

Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled wine glass. Scoop out the insides of half a passionfruit and add, stirring several times to combine. Top with prosecco then garnish with the other passionfruit half and a wedge of pineapple.

  • 1/2 part Port
  • 1 part lemonade
  • 3 parts prosecco
  • Lemon twist and a blackberry (to garnish)

Add the Sloe Gin and port to an ice-filled wine glass. Top with lemonade and prosecco and stir gently with a drinks stirrer to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist and a blackberry. Best sipped al fresco.
