1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Fever-Tree® Tonic

Method

Add the ice cream scoop to a highball glass

Pour the London Dry gin over the ice cream

Top (very slowly) with tonic. Top Tips: make sure the tonic is very chilled - and beware, there's quite the fizz!
