1 1/2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part Cointreau® or triple sec

1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 part simple syrup

1 egg white (or vegan alternative)

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Combine the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice)

Add the ice and shake again (wet shake)

Fine strain into a chilled martini glass
