    • 1 parts sweet vermouth

    • 2 dashes Fernet Branca® (or other herbal digestive bitter liqueur)

    • 8-10 fresh mint leaves

      Method

    • Combine ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker

    • Shake well

    • Double strain to remove mint fragments

    • Garnish with a spanked mint leaf
