Ingredients

2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1/2 part crème de violette

3/4 part lemon juice

1/4 part simple syrup

1 egg white (or vegan alternative)

Edible flowers, to garnish

Method

Dry shake all of the ingredients

Add ice and shake again

Double strain into a chilled glass
