Fig-et Me Not
A delicious Sipsmithian creation to celebrate the delicious fig and its perfect pairing with our London Dry Gin.
- Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part fig liqueur

1 part lemon juice

1/2 part simple syrup

1 egg white (or vegan alternative)

Dash ANGOSTURA® bitters (optional)

Slice of fig (to garnish)
- Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice)

Add ice to the shaker and shake again (wet shake)

Double strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a sliced fig and a dash of bitters
