Lemon Tart Flip
Taking inspiration from the classic dessert, the addition of white chocolate makes this a perfect after dinner tipple.
- Ingredients

2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

1/2 part simple syrup

1 teaspoon lemon curd

1 dash ANGOSTURA® bitters

1 whole egg

Grated white chocolate/coconut
- Method

Dry shake the first five ingredients for about a minute until the egg is well emulsified

Add ice and shake again

Strain into a chilled glass

Grate white chocolate or coconut on top
