      Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

    • 1/2 part simple syrup

    • 1 teaspoon lemon curd

    • 1 dash ANGOSTURA® bitters

    • 1 whole egg

    • Grated white chocolate/coconut

      Method

    • Dry shake the first five ingredients for about a minute until the egg is well emulsified

    • Add ice and shake again

    • Strain into a chilled glass

    • Grate white chocolate or coconut on top
