Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin

½ part dry vermouth

1 part fresh lemon juice

½ part simple syrup

Handful of fresh strawberries

1 egg white (or vegan alternative)

Black pepper, to garnish

Method

Add the gin, dry vermouth, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, a few strawberries and an egg white (or vegan alternative) into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice)

Then, add ice and shake again (wet shake) before straining into a chilled coupette

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and crack of black pepper
