      Ingredients

    • 1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

    • 1 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin

    • 1/2 part lemon juice

    • 1 egg white

    • 1 barspoon raspberry syrup

    • Fresh raspberry garnish

      Method

    • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake

    • Add ice and shake again

    • Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry
