Lime G&T
This simple twist on the Gin & Tonic is laced with lime and is delicately sweet.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part Sipsmith® Lime Syrup for Gin

Premium tonic water

Wedge of citrus (to garnish)

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice

Pour in 50ml London Dry Gin

Top up with premium tonic (we use Fever-Tree® Indian Tonic)

Add 25ml of Lime Syrup

Stir and garnish with your choice of citrus. We would recommend a generous wedge of orange.
