Effervescent French fizz is put to excellent use in this classic sparkling gin cocktail, promising add a little sparkle to your evening. Combine 35ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well to combine. Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe and top with chilled Champagne. From choosing your bubbly to adding a zesty twist with a Lemon Drizzle 75, we’ve got plenty of tips to help you craft a fabulous French 75.

For those looking to craft a sensationally simple sparkling gin cocktail, this serve proves that delicious doesn’t need to be overcomplicated. In fact, the only decision it demands you make is whether you want to enjoy it with Champagne or prosecco. Pour 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice and 25ml sugar syrup into an ice-filled wine glass and stir gently with our Swan Drinks Stirrer to combine. Then top up with 100ml of your favourite fizz and garnish with an apple slice.


Baby, it’s cold outside. Our Chilli & Lime Gin is sure to add a ray of warmth to your sparkling gin cocktail. This limited edition gin proves that spritzes are not just for summer; this refreshing combination of citrus, heat and fizz makes it the perfect companion for winter evenings by a roaring fire. Pour 35ml Sipsmith Chilli & Lime Gin and 50ml vermouth into an ice-filled glass and top with chilled premium tonic water. Then garnish with a sliver of fresh chilli and a spiral of fresh lime peel. Our eminently British take on the French champagne cocktail Kir Royale achieves its blushing pink hue with the use of our award-winning Sloe Gin. Add a dose of berry sweetness to your sparkling cocktail by pouring 15ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin into a chilled flute and topping with 100ml Champagne or prosecco.


Crafted with our Zesty Sippers in mind, this sparkling gin cocktail has a refreshing citrus kick that’s the perfect antidote to the past few days’ consumption of cheese and turkey. Simply add 25ml Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin and 12ml sugar syrup to an ice-filled glass, then pour over 100ml chilled soda water and 100ml prosecco. Lift from the bottom with our Swan Drinks Stirrer to combine whilst maintaining the fizz, then garnish with a large orange twist.

For those looking to craft something a little different, this beer-based creation is for you. Craft this hoppy Combine 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin, 10ml sugar syrup and 20ml lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker, and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled glass and then top up with chilled beer – an expertly crafted lager or pale ale will work wonderfully. Then garnish with a lemon twist or dried hop.
