Ingredients

1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1 barspoon Sugar Syrup
Pink Champagne

Method

Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well
Double strain into a chilled flute
Top with pink Champagne
Garnish with an edible rose petal
