Flippin' Sloe
A Sipsmithian creation to celebrate the sweet indulgence of our Sloe Gin. Best sipped by a roaring fire.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® Sloe Gin

1 part Amaretto (optional)

1 1/2 part sugar syrup

Whole egg
-
1/2 part cream
-
Grated nutmeg or dark chocolate (to garnish)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake

Add ice and shake again
-
Double strain into a chilled glass

Grate nutmeg or dark chocolate over the top
