1 part Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

2 parts chilled prosecco

1 scoop lemon sorbet

Lemon twist or mint sprig (to garnish)

Method

Pour the gin into a Champagne flute or white wine glass

Add the prosecco

Gently add the sorbet and stir to combine
