Very Berry Rhubarb Sharing Spritz

Ingredients

125ml Sipsmith Very Berry Gin

75ml lemon juice

50ml runny honey
-
250ml Fever-Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water

200ml prosecco
-
raspberries and lemon twists, to garnish

Method
-
To a carafe or jug, add the gin, lemon juice and honey, and stir well until the honey is combined

Top with the Fever-Tree tonic and stir lightly with a bar spoon

Pour into four flutes, top with chilled prosecco and garnish
