Lighter Negroni
We've served this to quite a few bartenders and the reaction is always the same: "I've never enjoyed a Negroni so much!" This lighter version of the traditional Negroni is more approachable (although the original is great too!).

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

2 parts sweet vermouth

1 1/4 part Campari® Liqueur

Method

Combine Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari® Liqueur in a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange wedge.
