Sloe Gin Fizz
Sloe Gin and Champagne were made for each other, as this bubbly number shows.
- 2 Parts Sipsmith Sloe Gin
- 1 Part Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- 3/4 Part Simple Syrup
- Combine Sipsmith Sloe Gin, lemon juice, an egg white and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Shake well.
- Add ice & shake again.
- Strain into a sherry glass or small highball.
- Top with Champagne enough so that the height of the froth is roughly equal to half of the drink.
