Sloe Gin Fizz
Sloe Gin and Champagne were made for each other, as this bubbly number shows.
- 40ml Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 15ml simple syrup
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shaker
- Dry shake well
- Add ice & shake again
- Strain into a sherry glass or small highball
- Top with Champagne, enough so that the height of the froth is roughly equal to half of the drink
