Ingredients

45ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin

30ml homemade carrot cordial (find the recipe above)

30ml blanc vermouth

teaspoon of honey syrup (half honey and half hot water stirred to combine)

15ml fresh lemon juice

carrot peel twist (to garnish)

Method

Before you craft this cocktail, make your carrot cordial and honey syrup. You can keep these in the fridge in a sterilised container for a couple of weeks if you are preparing this cocktail in advance.

Then, simply add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with a carrol peel twist and voilà!
