Lighter Negroni
We've served this to quite a few bartenders and the reaction is always the same: "I've never enjoyed a Negroni so much!" This lighter version of the traditional Negroni is more approachable (although the original is great too!).

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

2 parts sweet vermouth

1 1/4 part Campari®

Method

Combine Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari in a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange wedge.

Optional: you can make a Vodka version, or use equal parts gin and vodka in this drink.
