Hanky Panky
A twist on a classic with cherry replacing the orange... We were mixing a round of this classic created by Ada Coleman, head bartender at the Savoy Hotel around the turn of the century, when we realised we were out of oranges. A flash of inspiration hit, and we dropped a Luxardo cherry into the mix instead of the orange twist.

1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part sweet vermouth

2 dashes Fernet Branca® Liqueur

1 Luxardo® cherry (to garnish)

Method

Combine the gin, sweet vermouth & Fernet Branca® Liqueur in an ice-filled shaker or mixing glass

Shake or stir, as you prefer

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a cherry
