This sensationally sippable gin spritz recipe revolves around our award-winning London Dry Gin. We find this classic crowd-pleaser is best enjoyed with your feet up in the sunshine. You’ll need:
- 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 100ml prosecco
- Lime twist and a mint sprig, to garnish

Simple to build in the glass, add the first three ingredients into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with chilled prosecco and gently stir before garnishing with a lime twist and a sprig of mint.

2. ZESTY ORANGE SPRITZ
Featuring fresh orange peel and zest, this citrus gin pairs perfectly with prosecco to create a refreshing, bright spritz in a recipe that’s crafted with summer evenings in mind.
- 25ml Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 100ml chilled soda water
- 100ml prosecco
- Large orange twist, to garnish

Add our Zesty Orange Gin and sugar syrup to an ice-filled wine glass, then pour over the prosecco and soda water. Using a long-handled spoon – or perhaps our stylish Swan Barspoon – lift the drink from the bottom of the glass to mix while maintaining fizz. Garnish with a large orange twist.

Looking for another zesty gin cocktail? You’ve come to the right place. Featuring our Lemon Drizzle Gin, with its aromatic freshness and sharp bite, the addition of lemon juice and elderflower cordial make for a truly sensational spritz.
- 50ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
- 25ml elderflower cordial
- 15ml lemon juice
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 75ml prosecco
- 25ml chilled soda water
- Lemon wheel and mint sprig, to garnish

Add the gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and 3-4 mint leaves to an ice-filled wine glass and stir. Then top with the prosecco and soda water. Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer or barspoon to gently combine the ingredients. Finally, garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint.
